La Perla is a great little contemporary one bedroom cottage located in the Spanish Village compound in Port Aransas' Old Town.��
Guests enter La Perla (the Pearl in Spanish) through the side gate and onto a wooden deck which surrounds the side and back of the house.��The side entrance to the cottage welcomes you into a bright, light area for dining, cooking, and relaxing.�This multi-purpose room is furnished in modern style with stainless steel island for dining and extra food preparation area.�The glass top range is brand new as well as a beautiful oven. There is also a large farm sink and concrete counters.��The owners have chosen all the latest appliances to make your stay a leisurely one.��A flat screen TV is mounted on the wall for viewing from the sofa or dining area.�French doors make the room bright and cheery.
Down the hallway is a great built-in closet with lots of storage in large pullout baskets or drawers.�There is also room for your hanging clothes.
The recently finished bath area has a beautiful walk in shower with pebble floor and marble tiles.�The tiles line the floor and walls.
In the king-sized bedroom, a flat screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the bed and there is also a comfy chair for reading.��A door also leads to the wooden deck out back.
The landscape at La Perla is lovely. Lots of plants have been planted in the bedroom courtyard and in front.�In the backyard is durable artificial turf. City of Port Aransas Reg.#524862
